For over 30 years George has worked in Field Marketing with global brands. His career started in Field Sales and his passion is for people and brands. He claims to be privileged to have had such longterm business partnerships with leading companies.

George’s market knowledge and hands on approach has put him in high regard and he is well networked within the industry. This has allowed Crossell to develop into one of Ireland’s leading independent and award-winning Field Marketing service providers. George holds a degree in marketing and a postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (ACCA).

Mel heads up our Client Services team with extensive experience in Strategic Key Account Management in multiple industries in Ireland including FMCG, Utilities, Telcos & Contact Centre Management to name but a few. Mel is an authentic strategic leader who is strong at bringing that strategic goal into operational excellence. Mel has worked with some of Ireland's largest brands & has extensive agency experience at a senior level.

Mel understands client needs & drives for total alignment on core objectives which are then brought to life through a people centric day to day operational management of set strategic objectives. Mel understands how to turn information into insights & act upon them.

Martha is the HR Manager within Crossell, working directly with all departments. She has notable experience across the HR division and works closely with the Field Managers and Teams. With her primary degree in Hotel Management, Martha has worked for predominately Customer Focused companies such as Dalata Hotels, Select Service Partners, and Insomnia Coffee Company. After she got her BA in HR from National College of Ireland, her career moved into the HR Field. Martha’s experience is across a broad HR spectrum, including payroll and benefits, staff training, recruitment, employee engagement and management coaching. She is very familiar with strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing and training and development.

Pearse started his financial career following the completion of a BComm in UCD, and subsequently, the ACCA Examinations.

Pearse brings a wealth of experience which includes working in practice and has worked in SMEs covering all aspects of the Finance function across a broad range of industries ranging from Logistics & Warehousing to Sign Manufacturing, including a time involved in a Registered Charity at a Senior Financial level.
